Henna tattoos

Henna tattoos have conventionally always been restricted to ornate and traditional designs on the hands and feet.

However, with advancements in the field, such as henna that stains darker and in a much shorter time span, it is now a body art option that is as attractive as permanent tattooing. In fact, the advantage that henna tattoos have over permanent tattoos is substantial.

For one, henna is a natural substance, and very few people in the world are allergic to it. It doesn’t have any short term or long term side effects.

Second, henna tattoos have a life span of about 2-3 weeks. After that, they fade away over a couple of days, and you can get a brand new tattoo in its place! In this way, you are not restricted to the same design for the rest of your life!

Third, henna tattoos are incredibly versatile. Depending on what henna you choose and how long you leave a certain patch on, your tattoo colour can range from pale orange to deep orange to maroon to brown! If you are a good artist, or know one, you can use this to shade creatively while colouring in henna art on your skin!
